No retainer · No-shows never billed · Month-to-month
30 minutes, no pitch deck. If cold email won't work for you, we'll tell you.

You've probably tried one of these already

01

Retainer agencies

You signed a three-month retainer. Month two, still no meetings, and the invoice still arrived right on time.

02

AI SDR tools

It promised a thousand personalised emails a day. You got generic messages, annoyed replies and a domain that now lands in spam.

03

Doing it in-house

Your best salesperson spent the week fixing DNS records and cleaning lists instead of closing deals. By week four, it had quietly stopped.

The problem was never cold email. It was paying for activity instead of outcomes.

How we write

Cold email built on psychology, not templates.

Most cold emails die after the first line because they're written for the sender. Ours are written around how busy founders actually decide what to open, what to answer and what to ignore.

THE GENERIC EMAIL

Subject: Partnership opportunity for Acme

Hi Sarah, I hope this email finds you well! My name is Alex and I'm the founder of XYZ Agency.1 We're a leading lead generation agency that helps companies like yours grow.2 Would you be open to a 30-minute call next week?3

1 · Opens with the sender2 · Vague claim3 · Big ask from a stranger

THE VIEOUTBOUND EMAIL

Subject: sdr hire

Hi Sarah, saw Acme is hiring its first SDR.1 New SDRs usually take a few months to ramp. While yours does, we could put qualified meetings on your calendar, and you'd only pay for the ones that happen.2 Worth a quick look?3

1 · Timely trigger2 · Their problem, zero risk3 · Easy yes-or-no ask

Example for illustration. Names and companies are fictional.

01

Timing beats volume

We reach out when something just changed: a new hire, new funding, a new role. People reply while the problem is fresh.

02

Curiosity, not a pitch

Subject lines that read like a colleague wrote them. Enough to earn the open, never clickbait.

03

About them, never us

No “my name is” openers. The first line is always about their business, because that's the only thing they care about.

04

One tiny ask

A yes-or-no question is far easier to answer than “30 minutes next week”. A small yes is how calls start.

05

Specific beats impressive

One concrete detail about their company does more than ten adjectives about ours.

06

Every follow-up adds something

Never “just bumping this”. Each follow-up brings a new angle and a new reason to reply.

Psychology, not manipulation. No fake “Re:” subject lines, no false urgency, no tricks. Trust is what gets replies.

How it works

Exactly what happens, week by week

  1. WEEK 0

    Agree in writing

We agree on your ideal buyer, your offer and exactly what counts as a qualified meeting. You approve every email before anything is sent.

  2. WEEKS 1–3

    Build and warm up

Separate sending domains (never your main one), inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, a verified list and about three weeks of warmup.

  3. WEEKS 3–4

    Launch slowly

Volume ramps up gradually while bounces, replies and inbox placement are checked every day.

  4. WEEK 4 ONWARD

    Meetings

Qualified meetings land on your calendar with a short brief on who is coming and why. Your only job: show up to the call.

Meetings in week one usually mean someone skipped warmup and is burning domains. We don't.

You do one thing: show up to the call.

Everything before that is on us.

01

Sending infrastructure

Domains, inboxes, DNS records, warmup and ongoing deliverability checks.

02

Verified lead lists

Built against your ICP, with every email verified before it's uploaded.

03

Psychology-based copy

Every email is built around timing, curiosity and one easy ask. No templates sprayed at everyone.

04

Reply handling

Every reply answered the same US business day, with one goal: booking the call.

05

Booking and reminders

Meetings go straight onto your calendar, with reminders to cut no-shows.

06

Weekly report

Emails sent, replies, positive replies and meetings held. No vanity metrics.

Is this for you?

We're not for everyone. That's on purpose.

A good fit if you…

  • Sell B2B software to companies in the US or UK
  • Have a deal worth more than about $500
  • Can take a few sales calls every week
  • Want meetings with buyers, not a spreadsheet of contacts

Not a fit if you…

  • Sell to consumers
  • Want 10,000 emails blasted by Friday
  • Need meetings this week, not this month
  • Want to skip warmup to go faster

Pricing

Three numbers. No surprises.

Compare that with recruiting, training and managing an SDR, who gets paid whether meetings happen or not.

Setup

$350

ONE TIME

Domains, inboxes, DNS, warmup, list sizing against real contact counts, approved copy and a placement test before launch.

Infrastructure

$249

PER MONTH, FROM LAUNCH

Sending domains and inboxes, ongoing warmup and deliverability monitoring.

Per held meeting

$150

EACH, ONLY WHEN IT HAPPENS

Billed only when a qualified decision-maker attends. No-shows, cancellations and disputed meetings are never billed.

What counts as a held meeting

  • The person showed up to the call.
  • They match the ICP and seniority agreed at kickoff.
  • They meet the qualification bar we signed off in writing.
  • You get 3 business days to dispute. Disputed meetings aren't billed.

What if meetings don't come?

Then we don't earn either. Your cost stays limited to setup and infrastructure. We only make money when your calendar fills, so we have every reason to get it right.

No retainer and no lock-in: month-to-month, cancel with 7 days' notice.

Questions

What's the catch?

We're picky. We only take on campaigns we believe will work, because if meetings don't happen, we don't earn. If your offer isn't ready for cold email, we'll tell you on the first call.

Do I really only pay for meetings?

For the results, yes: $150 per qualified meeting that takes place. Setup and infrastructure are fixed costs for the domains, inboxes and tools your campaign runs on.

What counts as a "held" meeting?

An attended call with a decision-maker who matches the ICP and the qualification bar we agree in writing at kickoff. You have 3 business days to dispute any meeting, and disputed meetings aren't billed.

Why is there a setup fee?

It covers real costs before any email goes out: domains, inboxes, DNS, warmup, list building and a placement test. It also means we both start committed.

How soon will I see meetings?

Usually in weeks 4 to 6. New inboxes need about three weeks of warmup first. Anyone promising meetings in week one is putting your domains at risk.

Who owns the sending domains?

You do. They're registered for your campaign and transferred to you on request, at no charge. Your main domain is never used for cold email.

Am I locked in?

No. It's month-to-month, and you can cancel with 7 days' notice.

Is cold email right for my business?

It works best for B2B companies with a clear buyer and a deal worth more than about $500. If you sell to consumers, it isn't a fit, and we'll tell you so on the call.

Your buyers are reading cold emails this week. Make sure one of them is yours.

In 30 minutes we'll review your offer and your market and tell you honestly whether cold email will work. Even if the answer is no, you'll leave with a clear next step.
